Look no further- Burnout Festival 2024 is back for its second year, offering a fresh take on how Filipinos can manage and overcome the daily struggles of burnout. Happening on November 9, 2024, at Venice Piazza, Venice Grand Canal, McKinley Hill, Taguig, the festival offers a day filled with creative, interactive, and meaningful activities that focus on mental wellness and community connection.
Born out of passion to make a difference, Ideascape MNL designed Burnout Festival to create a welcoming space where attendees can explore diverse ways to destress and cope up with the daily pressures of life. Last year’s festival was a huge success, bringing together hundreds of individuals who found comfort in a safe and lively environment where they could freely express their struggles and triumphs over burnout.
“Isang mahigpit na yakap para sa lahat (One big hug for all) because burnout is something that can happen to anyone,” says Bam Atienza, co-owner and operations head of Ideascape MNL. “With Burnout Festival, we want to show that aside from the clinical approach, there are a lot of creative ways to navigate burnout and manage stress, with as simple as doodling, watching a live band play, and meeting new friends in a supportive community, we’re making self-care accessible and fun.”
